Francesco J. Lanza

My Name is Francesco J. Lanza, I am a Wedding Photographer specializing in creative visual storytelling, based in San Francisco California. 

For over the past ten years as a photographer I have been specializing in Portraits, Live Music, Weddings, Commercial and Editorial Photography, along with my own personal projects and Street Photography. Photography has provided me with the focus and vision to look at life and the world around me differently, taking me to amazing places and meeting wonderful people along the way. 

I have been a Digital Photography instructor for two years. I have found teaching exciting and fulfilling by knowing that what I was teaching would help people enjoy photography and understand the camera as a tool for creative expression.

The current direction of my work and passion is photographing Weddings with a documentary approach in such a way that I am able to create authentic, unique and compelling images with couples and families that will result in works of art that are beautiful and sublime. This work itself will be edited and published into a custom photo book of these moments. Everyone's story is different and unique, these one of a kind books will be a platform for these irreplaceable moments to be collected and preserved for your family's history.

I believe that the moments we share and create together are special, and sacred even, we honor those moments with photographs and the results will be a time capsule of those memories for future generations to come.
